Ripper Street, that good-looking Victorian police show starring Matthew Macfadyen, Jerome Flynn and Adam Rothenberg about life in Whitechapel immediately after the Jack The Ripper murders, has been cancelled by Amazon, it was reported today. The fourth series recently debuted on Amazon earlier this year (and will come to the BBC later this year), and will return for a fifth and final series on the on-demand service early next year.
