160712-secret-agentWe may be in the middle of a summer of sport (Olympics next), but in terms of crime drama there’s quite a lot on. Beck continues, as do The Secret Agent and The Out-Laws. The message? If you don’t like sport, there’s a lot of stuff on in crime drama land!

The Weak Link. The parents of a teenage girl find their daughter’s body in the woods, and it is up to Beck and his team to catch the person who raped and murdered her. Swedish detective drama, starring Peter Haber.

Verloc has brought Stevie into his plans for a bombing, and together they leave the city for Kent to prepare. They stay in a cottage belonging to Michaelis, whose suspicions about their activity threaten the plot. Back in London, the Professor prepares to take action against Inspector Heat, while Winnie is left to run the shop alone and has to fend off unwanted advances from Ossipon.
