Today sees the launch of a high-concept thriller straight from the king of (French, at least) high-concept – Luc Besson – on Walter Presents, with the release of all three series.

Grantchester and Happy Valley laid the foundations, and War And Peace propelled him into the stratosphere to the extent that he was, and still is, being talked about as the next Bond. He’s a good-looking boy, of that there is no doubt, and he’s a good young actor too. I hate him. Now, we hear that The Golden One has signed on for an intriguing-sounding BBC drama that will test his range even further.
