Admittedly, there’s not much of a story here, but I do like to keep up with what’s going on with our crime drama-making friends and Spiral (Engrenages) is one of the best out there and one of our readers’ favourite shows. Thanks to a tip off from our friends over at Scanoir.co.uk (here if you want to visit them), we now know that series six of the gritty Parisian noir has now wrapped up filming, which also means that its appearance grows ever shorter. Check the photos over the jump for evidence. Here’s a shot – nabbed from Nicolas Briançon’s facebook page – which shows the whole team a bit demob happy and looking delighted to have finished filming.
And here’s something from Fred Bianconi’s facebook page, which shows something unusual – Caroline Proust smiling.
We still don’t know any plotlines from series six or when it’ll appear in the UK (likely to be BBC4), but I’m going to take a guess and say we’ll see it before the end of 2017.
