Eleventh Hour Films snap up Rebus rights for reboot

We’ve heard on the grapevine for a while now that Ian Rankin has been actively courting production companies in a bid to bring his iconic character, DI John Rebus, back to the small screen, and yesterday the news broke that he had brokered a deal with production company Eleventh Hour Films to reboot his hugely-popular Edinburgh-based detective.
