One of the most eagerly awaited shows of the year – the second series of Netflix horror/crime mash-up Stranger Things – has come out on its social media channels to reveal the transmission date of said second series. As you would imagine, details in a new teaser trailer are scarce, but it’ll be a dooze for sure. Details after the jump!
We knew it was going to be around Halloween that the second series would emerge, so this is in keeping with that rumour.
Also, People Magazine reports:
The new season finds Will suffering from images of the Upside Down while his mother Joyce (Winona Ryder) tries to bring some stability to their home and starts dating her old high school classmate Bob (Sean Astin). Meanwhile, Hopper (David Harewood) tries to keep the events of the first season under wraps, and siblings Nancy (Natalia Dyer) and Mike (Finn Wolfhard) are mourning the deaths of Barb (Shannon Purser) and Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown).
It should be said that Eleven will make a return in the second series.
