Midsomer Murders – that cosiest of hardy perennials – is a bit of a head-scratcher. Not in terms of what it is and why it’s so popular around the world, but because of its scheduling and series length. In recent years, ITV has been a bit all over the place when it comes to, especially, scheduling, which has caused outrage within the large fanbase.
We have some good news: series 20 of Midsomer Murders has been confirmed.
When we say series we really should’ve said ‘series’ because we’re only going to be getting two new episodes, which the channel is calling series 20.
Not much info is available just yet, but as soon as the embargo is lifted we’ll bring you episodic information. In the meantime, stick this date in the diaries…
