It’s one of the most anticipated crime dramas of the year, and the good news is that the BBC has confirmed the transmission date for The Fall’s second series. The series – written and directed by Allan Cubitt – garnered a strong following during its first series thanks to some mesmerising performances by Gillian Anderson and Jamie Dornan, a compelling cat-and-mouse chase between the meticulous serial strangler Paul Spector and his pursuer DCI Stella Gibson and some terrifying scenes of stalking and strangling. So we’re all set up for series two. All will be revealed after the jump, as well as the latest trailer.
The Fall, series two, starts on Thursday 13th November at 9pm on BBC2.
