One of the more highly-anticipated crime series – albeit based in a comic-book universe – is The Penguin, the latest spin-off from the Batman universe.
The Penguin, which stars a heavily made-up Colin Farrell in the title role, continues The Batman crime saga that filmmaker Matt Reeves began with the global blockbuster movie.
This eight-part series stars Farrell as the title character, reprising his role from the film. The Penguin is set to air later in 2024 on Max in the US and Sky Atlantic in the UK.
Starring alongside Farrell, the confirmed cast includes: Cristin Milioti, Rhenzy Feliz, Michael Kelly, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Deirdre O’Connell, Clancy Brown, and Michael Zegen.
