There were reports spreading the internet that the BBC had recommissioned Blue Lights for a second series. Now it has confirmed the return of the Belfast-set police drama.
Among those set to reprise their roles in the second series, it says, are Siân Brooke, Martin McCann, Katherine Devlin, Nathan Braniff, Joanne Crawford, Andi Osho, and Hannah McClean.
Filming on series two begins this summer in Belfast and further casting will be announced in due course.
